I love this office. Every visit has been so pleasant. Everyone - from front desk to nurse to doctor - has been extremely kind. I can't say enough good things. I recommend this place to all my friends. My son had a bad experience at a difference office, so he has grown to be very scared of going to the doctor. The previous nurses/doctor would just pin him down and stick a needle in him as he screamed and cried. At SouthEnd Pediatrics, when the nurse saw that my son was scared, she doodled on the roll of paper to make him feel at ease and to distract him from his nerves. The same thing with the doctor - she is so friendly! She let my kid explore her stethoscope and provided him positive reinforcement at each point of the exam. I'm so pleased with our experience here and how they've made such a difference in turning around my son's perception of the doctor's office. You can tell they love what they do because it shows in how they care for and treat their patients.
