I won't ever be back !!! they took my puppy from me and told me to stay in the waiting room I thought they were just going to weigh her and bring her back . A few minutes later the puppy is screaming... they had given her shots and microchiped her without asking permission . usually puppies get microchipped while under anesthesia. because a rescue was paying for the clinic visit I didn't even get to speak to a vet and I was not even allowed to go in the room at all. my puppy cried and shook the entire way home, a 45-minute drive. This is not a way to take care of animals absolutely no compassion. After the rescue called to see what happened they were basically told..oops yes we messed up. Not sure why we would have chipped that 3 lb puppy.
ANY VET THAT WONT LET YOU IN WITH THE DOG IS A RED FLAG..
If I had known for one second that they were going to do any kind of procedure I would have never allowed that. BEWARE..
