I shop at this Ulta because it is the only one near me. I NEVER get greeted. I have noticed they will greet and help people who come in after me but avoid me. One time , the employee purposely walked away when I came in. I don't understand why! Even the manager (the Asian lady) is super unfriendly ! This is very unfortunate as I am a platinum member and shop there pretty frequently. I love Ulta! I just wish the customer service was as good as Sephora inside JCPenney. Oh ! They will NOT give you foundation samples either so you gotta decide right there and then if that shade is going to work for you or not lol.
