Never go to Veterinary Medical Center of Fort Mill. We tried to get our dogs nails trimmed. They told us we'd have to pay for a visit first before trimming. I took General in and paid for a visit even though they couldn't do anything. The vet was great. When I left, I was told to make an appointment with the vet for a nail trim. I told the receptionist and she said a vet wouldn't be necessary. I told her yes, a vet would be necessary because I was clearly paying for pills to give General because he has a tough time with someone touching his paws. After drugging my dog to take him in today, I called to ask a question. The receptionist told us we didn't have a vet appointment and proceeded to talk over me when I calmly tried to explain what happened. She was rude while I remained calm. I'm no longer calm. They are extremely unprofessional.
