I have to echo the sentiments of my fellow yelpers. Jorge is a gem and All Star Patio should be your first and last stop when shopping for a patio cover.
He understands customer service in a market that has forgotten it. Jorge arrived on time for the estimate, took care of the building permit, and quickly adjusted to the changes mandated by my HOA. We modified the contract over the phone to meet the additional requirements of the HOA.
Once the HOA gave a thumbs up, Jorge scheduled the job and once again arrived on time with two additional crew members whom he introduced and were appropriately dressed. The job started at 8am and they were finished by 4pm. The worksite was properly cleaned up and the immediate area was policed for any errant debris. The crew moved all my courtyard furniture back into place and attached the building permit to the gate for the inspector.
I could not be happier with the experience of dealing Jorge and his team. I wish all of the trades in Las Vegas conducted business like Jorge. Highly recommend this company for your patio cover needs. Well done All Star Patio!
