Do not bring pet rabbits here for boarding or for medical advice! Dr Benjamin Savard at Raintree Pet Resort obviously does not know much about rabbits or mites. I was told that the technicians would have to wear special garb to give my rabbits medication for fur mites to avoid being bitten. It would also more than double their daily boarding rate. They treated me like my rabbits had Ebola. Fur mites are species specific and do not infect humans or animals other than rabbits. A vet student should know this or in fact anyone who could use google. Do not bring your rabbits here as they do not inspire confidence with their lack of elementary veterinary medicine.
