Tyler worked with me to get the appointment scheduled where both me and my partner could be seen at the same time, verified our insurance and provided all new patient paperwork prior to us ever arriving at the office.
On the day of our appointment there was very little wait time and after my routine check up and cleaning, Dr Williams went over all aspects of what he saw from the x-rays and check up. He did not try to sell me a new set of teeth, he told me where there were concerns and gave me a practical and honest dental plan.
