I've been to a few labs for bloodwork, and an important thing is wait time. This Quest is excellent in terms of wait time. I'd say no more than 20 minutes, compared to other labs that take hours. The wait becomes more important if you've been fasting before your bloodwork. As for the nurses or blood takers or lab technicians (I don't know the politically correct term) - they're great. My tolerance for pain is high, so I consider them painless. And polite and respectful. The waiting room is clean and cool and organized. They've upgraded to computer check-in, which is fine by me. And they're open till 6 PM, which is convenient If you need bloodwork, I would recommend them
