A member of our family bought a pre-owned BMW at the Chapman Chandler location & was very happy. My daughter's car was totaled so she decided to look at BMWs at Chapman Phoenix. We dealt with JC. It was my daughters purchase & her money. She is 22. She needed a co-signer so my husband co-signed. Our sales rep seemed to ignore my daughters phone calls & emails when she had questions, but was very responsive when my husband stepped in to get answers. The car was not detailed as promised, nor the crack in the windshield repaired. JC responded to my husbands request that it be done, as promised. My daughter took off work at the appointed time to have the work done, but they failed to have her on the schedule. Again my husband had to step in to get JC to respond. They offered to pick the car up & give her a loaner. Fine. The car came back detailed but the crack was still in the windshield. Now we notice that the audio does not work on the passenger side of the car. She bought the warrantee on the car so I am hoping to get that resolved. I am really disappointed at the failure to give good customer service to a young female & having to get my husband to step in when we need responses. At this point we are all very frustrated & disappointed with the customer service at Chapman BMW. Maybe it was just our sales person? I see other customers have good reviews. In this day & age with social media & online reviews, I am surprised there is not follow-up on customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on our experience. If you are a male, maybe you would have a better experience.
