Cool new ice cream concept shop near Scottsdale Fashion Square. Ice cream if freshly made and nitrogen infused. It's almost like a chipotle for ice cream. You pick your base, regular milk, organic, coconut milk, or sorbet. Then you pick from a variety of flavors for the ice cream ranging from cereal flavored to fruity and traditional flavors. Next you you pick mix ins and toppings and finally the ice cream creation starts to be made in a big mixer that shoots nitrogen into the bowl. It's a pretty cool concept. However, since the process takes awhile, the line can get pretty long and the wait for your ice cream to get made, since it's made on the spot, takes a bit too. And since the store gets so busy, other things get neglected. Complimentary water was completely empty and tables were filthy and covered with left over melted ice cream. A neat experience to take kids to or to end a date night.
