I found a van I was interested in online that was out of state. I called this office to inquire, as it was the closest to my house. I spoke with Rudy... he was going to see if he could find one closer to AZ....there was about a 3 day delay before he got back to me to tell me that he couldn't find what I wanted any closer. That was fine with me -- as I had told him I was willing to either drive or fly out to Missouri to pick it up, or may be willing to pay the transfer fees. I asked him to please do some figuring for me on payments....as I was ready to purchase within the week. Again, a delay in responding back to me...I can't remember how long, but in the meantime, I went to a local dealer and purchased a van from them. Rudy called me back about a week later and wanted to check in and see if we could move forward. I told him that I already purchased something elsewhere due to the lack of customer service I received from Enterprise. He asked where I purchased the van from, and when I gave him the dealer's name. He HUNG UP on me!! Needless to say, I will not be contacting Enterprise for any future vehicle purchases....which is a shame since they have many great vehicles shown on their website.
