Please do not purchase from this company IF you expect any customer service or follow up. I purchased 2 chairs on their website and called to arrange for pick up . I was told to call on Friday and they would have the merchandise available. When I called on Friday to arrange for Saturday pick up - my chairs that I ordered AND paid for could not be found. Apparently they were moved to another warehouse. I waited for a return call regarding the status. No one called. I called back twice and eventually I spoke with a Stephanie who could not find the chairs, I decided to request a refund and she was kind enough to offer me a gift certificate for the mishap. I never received the refund or the gift certificate so I called again and was told that they would process the credit that day and call me back to confirm.... You guessed it no- one called me back and the refund has still not been processed. It has been 25 days since I paid for the chairs and yet to receive the refund. I have called the credit card company to dispute the charge- hopefully that will get their attention. This has been a frustrated experience. I love their store idea but they need to work on the service and follow up skills.
