I called before going into the shop and Jimmy was so helpful and welcoming on the phone. When we arrived he pleasantly greeted us and checked us in. Carl inspected everything on the car and made sure we were ready for our road trip. They topped off the car on fluids and filled the air pressure in our tires at no additional cost! As a women and someone who isn't mechanically inclined, I'm often put in a position that leaves me vulnerable to such services... but this was NOT the case at Midas! They said the car was in great condition and inspected it at no cost!
In addition to this, it was a hot summer day in Vegas and the waiting room was refreshingly clean, cool, had entertaining TV playing, a retro arcade machine, and a counter stocked with refreshments!
I have told people already in person about my amazing experience and I hope they give this amazing place a try too! Overall the experience and customer service was exceptional! Thank you so much Jimmy and Carl for taking care of us so well! It truly means a lot!
