I have had 3 appointments and have been dissatisfied each time. I originally decided to try AZ Lash Lady because logistically it was closer than my prior eyelash person. They were much more expensive, as I was accustomed to a fill being around $40.00+tip, but I was willing to forgo the savings for the convenience. However, after 3 visits, the quality of the eyelashes wasn't what was promised. I was told that they use the "best" lashes, but the lashes are very fragile and fall off WAY TO EASY. I am very careful with my lashes, I wash my face gently, never rub my eyes, don't wear any eyeliner or mascara, and I sleep on my back. I know there are several brands of lashes, but theirs can not be the best. I was used to Minkys lashes, which made my eyes look amazing. With the brand that AZ Lash Lady uses, I can hardly tell I have eyelashes on at all. I get a better effect with just mascara. I'm going back to my old lash lady and Minky lashes. AZ Lash Lady is way overpriced and their lashes are not "all that". I'm pretty bummed I spent as much money and time as I did, but I wanted to give them a fair shake.
