I could not be more disappointed in choosing a company to work with than Presidential Pools and Presidential Patio/FloPatio. We recently moved to Arizona and purchased a new home and Presidential came highly recommended. It was a disaster from the start, the lack of communication within this company is amazing. The "sales" person virtually disappears once you sign on. I was referred to different people with every question that I had and they seemed to not communicate with each other at all. Customer service is a lost or unknown art with this company. I will say that the pool, spa and decking are all beautiful (only reason for 1 star) but then I will also add that the hot tub has already had 2 leaks in it that no one seemed all too concerned about rushing to fix even though the decking was coming up under the leak. It was ultimately repaired both times but it leaves me concerned with what else may go wrong and how responsive they might be to fix it. I could go on and on with details of the experience but its easier to summarize flatly that living in a brand new development with many people asking who did our pool and would we recommend them I am forced to say No, not EVER would I recommend this company.
