It's extremely sad that amazing Doctors allow such horrible customer service staff to be the fore front of their business. Recently suffering a spinal cord injury as a result of medical malpractice, pain management is new to me along with my new found normal. We come to Doctors to help alleviate stress and concerns. Since the first visit it has been nothing short of a nightmare! Waiting 3 weeks to send a prior authorization for medication, followed up by Lil to no customer service skills to help point to avenues that may help! This was a common occurrence every month with getting prior authorizations sent over to the CORRECT department and on a timely manner. When you call the staff wants to argue with you instead of apologizing or problem solving! I was told by my Dr she was aware and agreed with issues and to only deal with office manager. Sadly, wasn't much of an upgrade... if you can deal with incompetent office staff then the dr's are great!! But I couldn't!!
