They use the cheapest and least professional contractors who never finish their jobs. Every time i call their service line, there is a min. 50 minute wait before someone picks up. After which they transfer you to another department that put you on another hold before the line suddenly being "dropped" after a quick "click". No resolution, poor customer service and questionable contractors! Avoid at all costs!!
