I recently moved into Stetson from LA and so far so good. I rented the apartment from Chris who is always very helpful and communicated well while I was still in CA. Cherry has also been a great help- her and Chris seem to work well together. It's comforting seeing people work as a team.
Only negative aspect is that the apartment was not clean to my expectations upon move-in. The floors had obviously not been cleaned and the shelves/ baseboards were covered in dust. I took this concern to the assistant manager who could not have been more helpful. She was very welcoming, considerate and made great eye contact while I was speaking to her. She offered to send in another cleaning crew or submit a refund to my account. I appreciated her diligence to help me!
Considering the condition of the apartment upon move-in, i'm staying true to 5 stars because all of my questions and concerns were taken into consideration and resolved. I'm a happy tenant. The Stetson staff will help ya, ya just have to communicate your concerns to them.
