Where do I begin?
If i could give this business 0 stars I would.
I contacted the Balayage Bar a month ago to schedule an appointment with Haley. Mind you, I'm coming from out of town.
They txted me to schedule the appt, which we did. Since that was done, i didn't work any longer. However, a few days prior to my appt I called them to confirm the appt. Always got VM- no one ever answers that phone line, or returns messages. I then emailed. Did not hear back until after i finally got ahold of them via txt to which they confirmed my appointment. I then inquired about addtl services, to which they said they could add to my appointment.
Day of the appointment I head to 8669 W Flamingo Rd. Getting there, can't find the location. Txt the appointment person I've been in contact with. No answer. Go to the website and found a totally different address than the one on there 4970 ARVILLE ST.
Decide to head there. Found Haley's phone# on her IG, and txt her. She says she has no record of my appt in her books and cannot see me- blames her boss for being disorganized with appts.
I'm sure Haley is very talented, but if you choose to associate yourself with someone who cannot run a business, that actually ends up hurting your brand. Do not waste time going here- they may end up messing your appt up.
After $80 spent on cab ride, i still did not hear back from them on how they could fit me or make up for this snafu.
