Recently was referred to Select Auto Body by my normal car guy because he was out of town. I was in an accident on the freeway, and really wanted to get my car somewhere ASAP. They were great about letting me have the tow truck drop my car off after hours, even though I was a new customer.
They were very easy to work with, were great with my insurance company and getting things done. Tammy was always so friendly on the phone, and it was great to put a face to the voice when I went to pick up my car.
My car looks like it never got rear-ended, the paint job is amazing.
My license plate lights weren't connected which I didn't realize until I was almost home from picking my car up. Bud, the owner, was very apologetic and even had someone come out to my work the next day to make sure that got handled in the work parking lot.
That's above and beyond customer service.
