Two stars is actually pretty generous considering that I won't buy from them again (I had, in the past)
Was going to order on-line, but there is a pop-up on the page, every several seconds, letting me know who else had recently bought their products(I should care?) Irritatingly distracting, so I decided to switch to phone. Started out as and never got past 2 ahead of me, so I switched to call back option. They did call within 15 minutes, but I finally gave up, as I would give information, which meant spelling slowly, and the woman would still recite back bizarre renditions of my info. I tried to explore the problem. She blamed it on the headsets they wear.
I went to another site and made my purchase without incident.
