Absolutely worthless. Management company order new washer and dryer. "DJ" supposed to contact me for immediate delivery. This was Monday. Late Tuesday, I get unintelligible message from DJ... had to call Spencer's to find out how to track him down. No success on Wednesday, but I reach him on Thursday. He tells me he can have it delivered next day and he'd call me at 10AM to set the time window. So my fiance decides to stay at my place to accept delivery, working a modified schedule. Ten comes and goes, no call. Then eleven and nothing. I reach DJ about 11:30 - he tries telling me the delivery was ? kicked until tomorrow." Unacceptable as I am leaving town for long weekend. He tells me he'll call me back in five minutes, which again he is lying about. I hear nothing back from him. My fiance calls him and he tells her they might be able to deliver it Saturday. I get mad and call him, reminding him about his lies and horrible customer service. He tells me there's nothing that can be done. So let's see here... Spencer's is supposed to be all that, but they can't deliver an appliance less than two miles down the road in five days, then they lie about it repeatedly? I've told many about Spencer's reputation. Several people in my family have made large purchases from Spencer's due to my recommendations. In reality, they've become worthless. May these customer no-service creeps follow Home America, Circuit City and Comp USA into the abyss. Steer clear of Spencer's. It is blindingly obvious that the huge amounts of money they spend on radio and television ads is being taken out of the customer service and integrity budgets. Fire DJ. He belongs working graveyards at 7-11 in south Phoenix.
