If your looking for excuses, second rate work, and a shop that almost never open you have come to the right place. Dropped off my shoes and ti took 6 weeks to get them back. Im unsure how long it took to complete the job but the shop was open very limited hours or not at all - you had to check for a note somewhere on the front door to keep updated. I finally got a text from Grace about picking up my boots, she was still 45 minutes late after arranging a time the prior day. The resole was sloppy and rushed, there are large clumps of glue in between the sole and the boot, the trim is incomplete and the work just isn't what you would expect from a professional. This is essentially a shoe shine shop that is almost never open, unless you have no other options go elsewhere
