I have taken my son twice to Cool Cuts, and Crystal, the hair stylist had seen us the two times we've been there, the first time, I had only wanted her to use scissors, and everything went great. This time around though, we picked a different hair style for him and decided to use clippers, this was new for my son, so he started moving, instead of being patient with him, she decided to hold his head firmly and push with the Clippers causing her to push so hard she was lifting bits of skin, to make matters worse, once she tried scissors on him, she was having her focus on a boy who walked into the door, and in this moment, my son had bent back and was an inch away from the scissors that were pointing up. When we brought the attention to her that she was hurting him, she proceeded to become defensive about it. She finished, we paid, and my son now has scratches and not the hair cut we wanted.
