We used VIP going to the airport last month and I asked for 2 carseats. The driver arrived on time and the trip was fast and smooth. What earns the 5 stars for me is our return trip, because I called a few other taxi companies and they were quoting me higher and charging me for the two carseats I needed again.
Luckily, VIP returned my voice message with a text asking me all the details of my arrival. Coming from a 16-hour flight abroad at 12:25am, we all just wanted to get home, and VIP made this possible. Driver was there as soon as we got out of the airport, drove us home safe and fast, and didn't charge me for the carseats. Will definitely use them again!
