Yay! My car is fixed! No more strange 'boom' sound when I shut my passenger-side back door and no more rips on the interior from trying to push a dog crate into too small of a car. Elite did a great job fixing my car, I have no complaints. They offered options and provided referrals to other companies that might be able to help me. My car was there for a week as they had to replace the back door, however, I received multiple calls to let me know what was going on. I never had to wonder, I never had to wait on hold to find someone who would talk to me, I never even had to CALL them - I was always in the loop. They dealt with the insurance company and made this repair as easy as possible for me. The main lobby area was very nice and I never would have guessed that it was a car repair lobby. Nothing like your cold, uncomfortable, typical car place with hard seats, bad coffee, and old magazines. While I'm not in a hurry to return, because that would mean more car repairs (boo!), however, if the need arises, I won't hesitate to bring my car back to Elite.
