I arrived at the Westin for a convention on 9/25. Got there about 1:00 PM and my room wasn't ready but wanted some flowers for my sweetie, who I was picking up later that day.
The concierge suggested this shop and I called, explained what I needed and they were SUPER friendly and helpful.
Within an hour, they had delivered a beautiful, monster bouquet with roses, stargazer lilies and some other things (I'm not a flower guy) and it was beautiful!
And it was ready before my room was, so they left them with the desk in my name and I didn't even get to tip the delivery person :-(.
So the least I could do is tell you, use these guys if you're in Pittsburgh, people!
Oh, and they were very, very reasonable too. Just sayin'
