Horrible place to rent! Unless you don't mind paying over $300 or more in electric for an apartment that is soooo hot and the air conditioning unit is probably as old as the building. Nice clean apartment but they don't do anything to update insulation of this old buildings. Be wise! On top of the rent being way overpriced, when your lease is up... guess what? It goes up another$200. I have spoke to numerous friends who have lived her and ALL complaining of how their electric bill has always been so high living in these apartments, but once they move only right down the road to another apartment... back to normal and not $300 .
