Extremely unorganized. Took 45 mins to get picked up from less than .5miles away at body shop. Come into the front desk area and there are 20+ customers sitting "waiting" for cars and another 6-8 people waiting in line to get helped. Every single customer that came in had ordered a different car than they had available. All morning long all you hear is "sorry sir/mam, the car you reserved is not clean/ready. Please wait 45mins - 1hr and we can get you into a compact car."... Never thought it would be a 2hr ordeal before I even leave the lot. What a joke!
They had 3ea people working the desk and 2ea "newbies" walking people out to their car to inspect. They still could not get anything done in a timely manner. Worst rental car experience I have ever had. I have rented cars 500+ times.
