Long, relaxing 4th of July weekend...nope - Air Conditioner decides to break down on Saturday night. Our previous HVAC service company, who we paid an annual fee for checkups and to get preferential scheduling - wasn't available over the weekend. After trying a bunch of spots, we got a recommendation to call Chuck at Klee's. Chuck was at our place in just a few hours, and did a great job of explaining our issue, and promised to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, our unit required a part that wasn't available until Tuesday. First thing Tuesday, Chuck let us know what was going on, and by noon he was on our roof making the repair. I really enjoyed chatting with Chuck about his interest in music and his experiences as a musician as he did our repair. Needless to say, Chuck is our new HVAC guy and will be doing our checkups.
