My husband had a ring re-made for me. I've been wanting the marquise sapphires replaced with diamonds in my sapphire/diamond ring that I've had for years. I was hesitant to come here to have it done even though we have purchased quite a bit of jewelry from this store. I just assumed it would
cost a lot more than at other jewelers. I researched and read reviews then shopped around others places. I almost went with the Fisher jeweler down on Sahara but was given 2 completely different quotes within a year so I decided to shop around again and ended up here. I am exceedingly happy with the way my unique ring turned out and happy with the price. It was hundreds less than the least expensive quote I was given anywhere else. I get compliments about my ring all the time and I'm always admiring it myself. I did have an issue with how the ring turned out the first time because the new diamonds were set lower than the existing diamonds. However, the customer service at this jeweler is beyond excellent. After I expressed dissatisfaction with how the ring looked they promptly and courteously assured me that it would be remade to my liking, and they followed through. I absolutely LOVE it!!
