The way this company handles customer service is absolutely terrible. My fiance and I placed an order 7/30/17 for a bed frame. We got it delivered 8/12/17 and when they brought it upstairs they noticed it was damaged. So they take it back and tell us that we will get a new one delivered in a couple of weeks. Well today is 9/1/17 and still have no bed frame. We called today and they said it'll be another couple of weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM MEGA FURNITURE. You can get great customer service from American furniture. I will never recommend this business to family and friends.
