I used them a few years ago and when I had an emergency I felt the best decision was to drive to the next city to see Warner Vista. 2 stars for getting me in so quickly but the demeanor from more than half of the staff of girls was horrible. Picked up my dog after an emergency surgery and didn't get to see the vet to ask questions that I had. It would have been nice to have him talk to me about the surgery they did, how many stitches he got, the process, and other multiple things that vets should talk to you about. Luckily I got instructions when they handed my dog over to me but I didn't even get a receipt for everything I was charged for. To me, my dogs are like my kids and I have to say this was one of the worse bed side manners for my dog. I used to refer people here, but now I'll be taking my dogs elsewhere and will not refer anyone anymore.
