If most people have a large dog, my boy is extra large. The staff was amazing. They allowed me to wait with him in a secluded room till he was called to be checked in. They were great checking him, did everything that a normal vet has done. If not nicer than the techs that have done been at other places. After a few days I noticed swelling in the scrotum, they got me in quickly, though I was prepared to go to our normal vet based on the paperwork given at discharge and the fact it has been over three days since the procedure. They were amazing with him. Luckily it's just he has a large scrotum, but they did tell me what to look for in the and interventions to reduce this complications.
I am glad I did my research and choose this office.
