The worst. We had been using them for about a year. But things didn't seem to be getting done right lately. (Algae growing on the sides of the pool but not getting cleaned by them among other things) But this was the last straw. They had cleaned the filter about 2 months ago but the pressure in the tank was high. Because we didn't trust their tech we called another company to look at it. Turns out the filter was completely plugged plus it was badly torn. R & R said it was from the monsoon dust however both the new company AND Leslie's Pool Supply said that that was a lot of dust for only 2 months and there is no way the big tears in the filter happened in only 2 month. R&R didn't watch out for us (algae, torn filter, etc) plus they ripped us off for a $100 filter cleaning that it appears they never did.
