Just moved in with my girlfriend from San Diego recently, but we have had a stellar experience getting settled in. We performed a walkthrough of the place and signed off on everything and realized we missed a few items: - Food disposal motor was leaking water under the sink - Outlet inside restroom and bedroom wasn't working - There was a leak in our bathroom ventilation shaft They put the orders in and within 24 hours everything was handled. The crew came in and replaced the food disposal with a new one, checked the circuitry on outlets, and cut out the damaged area and replaced it with new drywall the following morning. They also cleaned up and got everything neat and tidy as if they were never there. Afterwards, management contacted us to make sure we were good to go. It clearly states in the contract that if anything happens from wear and tear, they resolve it in 24 hours and that was exactly what happened. I think we made the right decision to move our life into this complex. Got some chill neighbors and a nice quiet corner of the complex to come home to from the day to day grind!
