I have a zoo at my house and we bring all our animals here. Never fails to happen each time when I walk in the door. No acknowledgement of customers that walk in the door, you stand there waiting and she just sits with whoever she is dealing with and when done still doesn't acknowledge you. This irritates me to no end just because I have been trained in the customer service field and we were always taught to greet our customers. Also everyone has to make sure they know where they are in line which is also a little frustrating. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for all of the above.
