This place deserves 0 stars. Do not book here no matter how good the deal may be. We arrived at 11:30pm and the the line was ridiculous with only 2 people working. Then around midnight the manager on duty comes out to announce that they ran out of cars and overbooked despite everyone having reservations so everyone needs to come back the next morning. We had 4 hours to drive from the airport so that was not an option for us. Eventually they got us a car after a lot of complaining and the guy at the counter was very nice. His name is John Macari. However, the way they handled their business was unacceptable. The manager kept leaving and not telling us what was going on. Avoid this place at all costs!!! It's the rental car from HELL!!!
