Dr Griffiths is great at explaining treatment and the staff is very welcoming. There's always staff to welcome you when you walk in the door there's never anyone away from the front desk. Parents are welcome back with their children and it's an open environment which is a little weird but I guess that's how most orthodontic offices are. I really can't say much for the decor that they have it's a bit strange to me. They have a staff member that post a lot for blogs on Facebook which I really like. They have customer appreciation events which is pretty cool, except most of the events are geared towards children. I understand that most of their patrons are children but there's a lot of adults that go and have braces as well so maybe a customer appreciation for the adults would be nice.
