I was testing lip color on my CLEAN HANDS and she yelled at me in front of other customers for testing it. previous staff at other ulta's have told me if the manufacturer does not provide testers we are welcome to return them for the right color (which I had to do today because it was not the right color) because it is their fault. so what's the difference between me testing them in store verses buying, opening in it my car, then walking right back in to return it? FEAR THE GOTH CHIC, but all the other ladies were very sweet. I understand if it is store policy to not test makeup, but yelling at me in front of a bunch of people seemed very rude and unclassy.
