I really enjoy going to Sweet Pete's for all my biking problems. I usually do all simple tune ups myself but when it comes to more complex issues, I've always found them very helpful. A few months back, I lost all the keys I had for my Kryptonite Mini-5 that was locked-up around my bike for the winter. The dude helped me cut it off and charged me a very minimal fee (15% of what other lock smiths would have charged). The mechanics really know their stuff and always have good tips and tricks. I also recently purchased a Continental Gator Skin and my inner tube popped due to a snake bite (low pressure, high impact). The dude who sold it to me graciously covered the replacement and labour and gave me tips to try to prevent this for the next time (reasonable tips). Reality is: their products and repairs are more expensive. Their service is fantastic and I am always quick to recommend this place to other cyclists. 4/5 as their service is great but unfortunately they lose a star for the higher mark-ups. Go here if you need a repair/advice. They'll take care of you.
