I have been fortunate to have met Lili and Stephen Starks in 2011, when they were referred to me from my Realtor who was also using Starks Homes, LLC for their own rental properties. Being an out of town landlord, you need to have someone that you can trust that will work diligently in your best interest and communicate well with tenants, agents, repair persons, home warranty, homeowner's association, landlords, etc. and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. In the four years that I have worked with Starks Homes, LLC, I have never had to worry about any property management issues. They know their business well, and communicate via email and phone immediately as issues arise.
