This is the best salon in Arizona and I should know having tried over a dozen. The manager Lana runs a very efficient ship keeping the customers smoothly served no matter how busy. And it does get busy. Melanie is at the desk and friendly and super helpful. I always book an appointment and if there's an issue with wait time (rare) get a call to give me a heads up. My GO TO tech is Angela. Sadly she only works on the weekends as her full time week day job is being a mom. But I've had other techs to and never been disappointed. Try them out you won't be either.
Second update. OCT 2017 Lana, the manager, and owner Ben have this place humming. Lana knows what is happening in every chair and then some. The benefit to me today was I went in for a fill. Lana was aware Timmie (love his work) was moving fast and would be done well ahead of time. She asked if I needed anything else and I said "well my toes could use a polish change.". 10 minutes later I'm walking out all put together. Highly recommend.
