No customer service. My insurance company recommended them and was a huge mistake, they have had my vehicle for over a wk now and still no repair quote for me. I was in an accident and so time is of the essence since driving a rental car right now. They took 4 days to get me the correct approval form to begin looking at the damage and I still havent got an answer yet. I tried calling and get nothing but attitude from reception. I would never use them again, and will never use a recommended company with out doing my own research first. If I would have done a yelp review search would have known to use my own mechanic.
