This is a car shopping review. I'm looking to purchase a new vehicle, and have a short list, all different brands. I came to Mazda to see a 2016 CX 5. This was my second stop. My first visit was with Hyundai, and what a difference. I was greeted by Mike who came from INSIDE the dealership. I wasn't swarmed by salesmen as soon as I rolled onto the lot. I told Mike exactly why I was there: only to test drive a CX 5. He went in to grab some keys, at which time the manager Sam came out to offer me a water bottle. He was friendly, returned inside, and then Mike came back for our test drive. Mike was straight forward, answering all my questions, and explaining options and upgrades. When we got back, Sam joined us for a recap. After that I thanked them, and said that's all I needed, to which they responded with thanking me, and telling me to drive safely on Bell at this hour (4 pm). What a COMFORTABLE, REFRESHING auto shopping experience. They sent me home with an auto booklet, and contact info. All they took was my phone number. No questionaire, no illegally pinging my credit, no request for a blood sample (jk). Mike and Sam were awesome, and I would recommend anyone go to this Mazda location to shop without pressure. Thanks, guys!
