Avoid at all costs , do not trust these people at all, i went to Usa Auto back in january to have my transmission rebuilt, i paid $1800 upfront and and when i received seemed fine, Damion the manager said to just keep a eye on the trans fluid life and to get it changed when it gets low, so in March it was down to 10% trans fluid life ,did not think it was a big deal because i drive a lot of miles . i started calling around to find where to get a trans fluid change, a couple mechanics told me it sounds kind of strange that my transmission was just rebuilt in January and the fluid life was already so low in such a short time of getting the transmission rebuilt. A few mechanics said it sounds like you were robbed on the job. When i got my trans fluid changed it looked like it was not changed in years, i thought maybe the trans fluid was just not changed but they still rebuilt it , i trusted these people, honestly i would of never thought that they actually conned me and not done the work it all. come to find out there is no way you can rebuilt a transmission without changing the fluid , and the mechanic shop next door said take it back to Usa auto something not right. I called Usa auto and told them what was going on. They said " THEY BEEN GETTING A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPENING WITH THE MANAGER DAMION WHO IS NO LONGER WITH THEM , they also were very cooperative and said no problem they have to fix it i have a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty on the transmission but still have to talk to the big boss . I was happy and felt relieved . A day later (today 4/4/17) i was told since i got my trans fluid changed by somebody else , that they would no longer fix it. The manager Damion is the one who told me to watch it and change it when it gets low. I did what i was told to and now they are using it as a loop hole to void my warranty. I am now out of money and car, right before it gets hot and i have a three year old to take care of. I am now at a complete loss and still paying on my car that is now undrivable due to their faulty work.
