Horrible store. Horrible staff. Sold me broken merchandise and wouldn't make good on it.
I gave the ornament as a gift and the receiver opened the box to find it broken, which is embarrassing. But whatever. I took the broken ornament back with the receipt, hoping for a replacement but at the least expecting a full refund. They were sold out of the one I had purchased and Refused to give me a refund. The manager, Susie, told me to glue it. WTF?!? Who sells broken ornaments then tells customers to glue them?!? Ah no, if you sell something that is broken, you need to replace it or give the customer their money back.
I am stunned that they treated me so criminally. I will NEVER shop here again. Stay away unless you want to waste your money on broken goods. Shame on you Diane's Hallmark.
