I have to admit I was very tentative to try this place because of all the mixed reviews, but I am so happy to say that I had a great experience. I walked in on a Thursday night 6 pm no appt, someone said hello right away and I asked for a basic mani pedi ($36 for both). Holly was my nail tech and she was detail oriented and took her time to do a great job. I was so pleased I took my daughter the next night which was a busy Friday night. We made an appt but was late because of traffic but my daughter only waited 10 mins before someone could attend to her. I decided to get my eyebrows done and Ms. Kim was awesome. She really took her time to shape my brows beautifully. I will only go to her from now on for eyebrows. I'm not giving five stars only because I've only been twice and I don't know if they will have consistent service in the future. Based on my experience this week I will keep going here and make appointments with Holly and Ms. Kim.
