Worst representation of this franchise and Brand possible! The manager an elder White female is verbally abusive to the workers and frankly the customers so much so that everyone in the restaurant can hear her verbally assault the workers. To the point that the customers who ordered food were requesting their money back her response to one customer was to take his receipt and call the police when he spoke with her regarding her extremely rude demeanor and verbal assault of her workers. In fact people were waiting over 25 mins for fries and drive through customers were having to come in to straighten out their order which took too much time and on top of having to deal with the rude manager who obviously needs lessons with regard to customer service. The police arrived and the gentleman who was virtually held hostage because the manager refused to give him a refund or his food and told him he would be arrested for trespass all due to his verbalizing that her verbal assault of the workers and lack of customer service skills was finally given his money back by the officer. The display I witnessed today was deplorable and this manager should be fired immediately. McDonald's should be ashamed to have their name and brand tarnished by this incredibly incompetent and extremely rude and perhaps racist "manager". There is absolutely no excuse for what I witnessed. I will think twice perhaps three times before I patronize a McDonalds again!
