Every time I come to Vegas and stay downtown, I always end up making my way to Aloha Specialties because I miss Hawaii food. I pretty much always order a Saimin which is pretty legit, and as my mom always says, it's not just S&S Saimin like another place in Vegas apparently sells. They include kamaboko, and I got mine with wonton last time, which aren't the best wontons I've ever had, but definitely decent.
They also now take credit card! For the longest time they only did cash, so that's more convenient.
